About this deal

Sunny, warm ,soft ,inoffensive lovely musk and slow drydown ,I’ve rediscovered Sun after many ,many years and am enjoying wearing it . You’ll see even bigger discounts on brand new products throughout our clearance section, which have a few cosmetic imperfections, but only to their packaging. I don't know why this would be considered a sunny or beachy scent, but I definitely get the 80s vibe. It's quite rich and a bit cloying; an African orange blossom/vanilla amber, sweet but inedible, with a subtle medicinal note underneath.

It smells a bit old school for some maybe but the fact is, it's a very complex and well blended niche quality fragrance which keep selling even almost 4 decades after the launch. I find it weird, but not unpleasant and I'm sure there are people who's body chemistry it agrees with more than with mine.Sillage starts strong, and in one-two hours, it becomes more close to the skin, but still quite noticeable. A synthetic, sharp and chemical stench reminescent of the headache inducing fumes that I need to endure during my chemistry lab courses at the university.

So sensual, it really is what is supose to be; reminder of the rays of sunshine after a day on the beach with the traces of the suntan lotion and a bit of sweat. I bought it based on reviews, but when I applied it, the scent of ylang-ylang hit my nose and I immediately wanted to wash it off. I can hear La Bouche's Be My Lover song and I became a typical Mediterranean kid who enjoyed seaside during summer school break. I did have faint memories of this from airport tax frees during childhood, but not even then it seemed sunny!I wear and love many fresh floral and citrus fragrances in the summer of course but my absolute favourite fragrances tend to belong to more robust fragrance families, the various ambers and woods. I picked up the 75ml bottle, it’s quite a plain white bottle which isn’t too fancy but I don’t mind shoving this in my bag and taking it around with me. She describes it as resembling a European sun-tanning cream, which smells of orange blossom instead of the coconut that Brits and Americans expect.
